Your Reading Journey Through Film with Into Film

This resource pack was created in partnership with Into Film to help you make connections between reading for pleasure and film-making.

Part 1 of this resource guides you through a number of creative ways to respond to what you are reading using film, from book review videos to book trailers. Part 2 gives you great tips on how to illustrate your reading journey through film, which is particularly useful if you are submitting an entry to one of the challenges at the end of the year and would like to do so through a video.

Where it began

Findochty Primary joined the First Minister’s Reading Challenge in August 2018. Joining the challenge gave us training, resources and a goal to help us on our journey to creating a reading culture within our school.
