Reading Resolutions

Use this short resource to choose a reading resolution to inspire your pupils this year. The resource includes sample resolutions for primary and secondary pupils, or pupils can make up their own. Resolutions have been chosen with school closures in mind, so this is a great activity to set you pupils remotely.

Where it began

Findochty Primary joined the First Minister’s Reading Challenge in August 2018. Joining the challenge gave us training, resources and a goal to help us on our journey to creating a reading culture within our school.
